Booking & Cancellation Policy

New customers are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete a confidential personal consultation card, while existing customers are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to their appointment. Both measures help ensure efficient and effective treatment.

 

Arriving late may disrupt your appointment, as all sessions must end at their designated time in order to prepare for the next client. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment, while the full fee will still be charged.

48-hour notice is essential for cancellation, failing which 50% of your treatment cost will be charged. Manage cancellations through your Vagaro account, by calling, texting, or emailing rebecca@skincareoasis.co.uk.

 

Clients who have a history of not showing up for appointments will be required to prepay at the time of booking,  a 50% payment will be payable to Skincare Oasis of your total treatment cost for cancellations within 48 hours or for "no show" appointments.
